1. Rental Agreement

All rental agreements are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By renting an electric bike from BikeRush, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To rent an electric bike from BikeRush, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. By renting an electric bike, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date and time specified in your reservation and ends on the return date and time specified in your rental agreement. Any late returns will be subject to additional fees.

4. Rental Fees

All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Additional fees may be incurred for late returns, damages, or other violations of the rental agreement.

5. Liability

BikeRush is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur while using our electric bikes. By renting an electric bike, you assume all liability and agree to hold BikeRush harmless for any accidents or incidents that may occur.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

You are responsible for maintaining the electric bike in good condition during the rental period. Any damages or necessary repairs must be reported to BikeRush immediately. You may be held liable for any damages caused by negligence or misuse of the electric bike.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start time will not be eligible for a refund.
